YOUR ENQUIRY DETAILS

Privacy notice.

What this website collects

When you send an enquiry, this website saves your name, email address, phone number, message, the listing you asked about and the time you submitted it. These details are available in The Rumah’s protected owner workspace so the owner can respond to your enquiry.

Website traffic insights

We record page paths, visit times, broad referral sources and clicks on WhatsApp links to understand how the website is used. A random session identifier is kept in your browser tab’s session storage and renewed after 30 minutes of inactivity. This analytics feature does not store IP addresses, contact details, full referring URLs or search terms. Reports are available only to the owner. Browsers with Do Not Track enabled are excluded, and the feature does not use advertising cookies or send analytics to a third-party service.

Maps and external links

Interactive maps load tiles from OpenStreetMap and OpenFreeMap. Those requests share your IP address and requested map area with the map provider. WhatsApp, email and directions links open services outside this website, which have their own privacy practices.

Questions about your details
